摘要
无缝钢管厂热一车间定径机组主传动调速装置,是由西门子6RA70的控制部份与国产的晶闸管组装的主回路而构成。改造投产后电路晶闸管经常击穿,严重影响生产。给企业带来了重大的经济损失。通过理论分析和技术验证,查明故障原因,并采用PLC控制调速装置的参数,解决了晶闸管经常击穿的故障难题。
The transmission of sizing mill in the workshop of seamless tube plant consists of Simens 6RA70 and main circuit composed by national thyristor. After improvement and production, the breakdown of thyristor, is often happened and affected the manufacture badly. Hence, some enterprises have suffered considerable losses. Through theory analysis and technical verification, the cause of thyristor breakdown is found and finally sloved by using PLC to control the transmission parameter.
