Knowledge Management: A New Trend to the Enterprise Management

本文从分析知识经济的两大主要特征入手 ,指出知识经济的发展带来企业管理理念的变革 :知识管理。它与信息管理不同 ,强调知识交流 ,强调创新能力。本文从知识要素的培育、激励机制的完善以及信息网络的建立三方面讨论了知识管理的实施问题。

Based on the analysis of the two major features of the knowledge economy, the paper points out that the development of knowledge economy will bring the change of mentality in enterprise management, that is knowledge management. It is different from information management, it emphasizes the exchange of knowledge and the ability of innovation. The paper discusses some problems in carrying out knowledge management from three aspects: cultivating knowledge elements, perfecting the stimulating mechanism and building information net.
