摘要 Shi Renbing, born in November 1962, is Juris Doctor (JD), professor and PhD supervisor, Director of Population Institute of Department of Sociology in Huazhong University of Science and Technology,member of International Union for the Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP) and executive director of Hubei Population Association. His main research areas includesocial security, demographic sociology, and sociology of aging. His publications include Impact China is the most populous country in the world with relatively fast population growth. The Sixth National Census in 2010 shows that China's aging population aged over 60 had reached 178 million, accounting for 13.26% of the total population; and those aged over 65 reached 119 million, accounting for 8.87% of the total population. When the level of population aging increases constantly, there would be more and more senior residents who need daily care and nursing care from others.
