A Study on Rapid Propagation Technique of Ascendens mucronatumby tissue culture

摘要 2011~2012年利用中山杉的茎段作为外植体,采用不同浓度6-BA、NAA、IBA生长激素对其进行诱导、增殖和生根培养,试验设16个处理,每个处理接种50株,3次重复,观察中山杉的生长情况。结果表明,诱导分化培养基为MS+0.3 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,诱导率80%;增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA,增殖倍数为4倍;生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L IBA,生根率达84%。移栽炼苗基质腐殖土加珍珠岩(1︰1)比例,盖膜保湿,温度(23±2)℃,湿度80%,成活率达85%。 This experiment was conducted during 2011 ~ 2012 to investigate in vitro of Ascendens mucronatum, with stem segment of the plants and growth regulators with different concentration (6 - BA, NAA, IBA) was used for the induction. In this experiment total 16 treatments and 3 repetitions were made, each treatment for 50 plants. The results showed that the induction rate with MS + 0. 3 mg/L 6 - BA + 0. 1 mg/L NAA was 80 % , the prolifera- tion rate was 4 times on the medium of MS + 0. 5 mg/L 6 - BA + O. 2 mg/L NAA, the rooting rate was 85 % at the medium of 1/2MS +0. 3 mg/L NAA +0. 1 mg/L IBA.
