摘要
本文结合文献和4例报告,浅显地探讨了门脉高压症伴胃、十二指肠溃疡出血和胃癌的治疗有关问题。浅析了胃次全切除术同时门奇静脉断流对此种病例治疗的可能性与有用性。
This paper discusses the problem of the treatment of hemorrhage due to gastroduodenal ulcers and gastric cancer complicated by cirrhosis with esophageal varices on the basis of four cases report and references review. Analysis of the possibility and the effect of subtotal gastrectomy combined with esophagastric devascularization used for the treatment of such cases was prasented.
