摘要
研究原料乳中尿素含量的定性检测,结果表明,该方法用于检测原料乳中“尿素”含量在0.5g/L以上具有良好的可操作性,同时方法操作简单,结果便于观察,适用干在养殖、收购、乳制品企业等进行原料乳质量骀收检验。
