阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块效果观察

Effects observation of acute cerebral infarction patients' carotid atherosclerotic plaque by using Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel Bisulfate

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的效果。方法选择浙江省慈溪市人民医院2008年1月～2012年5月收治的80例颈动脉粥样硬化引起的急性脑梗死患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,B超检查颈动脉内-中膜的厚度(IMT)及斑块面积,比较两组患者的临床指标。结果两组患者血脂水平比较:对照组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后,血脂水平与正常水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者颈动脉粥样斑块比较:对照组与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙和氢氯吡格雷联合应用较单用阿托伐他汀钙有更强的调脂作用和抗炎、抗血栓的作用,对于预防和治疗脑梗死有重要意义。

Objective To discuss effects of acute cerebral infarction patients＇ carotid atherosclerotic plaque by using Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel Bisulfate. Methods 80 cases of those acute cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerosis who were treated in the People＇s Hospital of Cixi City in Zhejiang Province from January 2008 to May 2012, then they were divided them into control group and treatment group, they were adopted B ultrasound to check up their IMT and plaque area, at last, the clinical indicators were compared. Results The blood lipid level of patients in two groups were compared： the blood lipid level of patients in control group was no statistically meaning before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）; while the treatment group＇s was significant difference before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, when they were compared the blood lipid level in treatment group with normal level, it was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; when they were compared with control group＇s, it also was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The carotid artery plaque of patients in two groups were compared： after treatment of the control group, the difference was no significant compared with before （P 〉 0.05）; the treatment group had significant differences before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate can have stronger effects on regulating blood lipid, anti-inflammatory and antithrombosis than using Atorvastatin Calcium alone, it is important value to prevent and treat cerebral infarction.
