护理干预对肺癌患者行氩氦刀治疗的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on lung cancer patients treated by argon-helium cryotherapy

目的探讨护理干预对肺癌行氩氦刀治疗患者的影响，探讨其对患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选择2010年10月～2012年4月解放军海军总医院160例肺癌行氩氦刀治疗的患者，随机分成干预组和对照组，每组各80例。对照组采用常规的护理方法，干预组在此基础上实施综合护理干预，通过填写问卷进行统计分析。结果入组时，两组患者的负性情绪评分和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理干预后，干预组患者负性情绪评分明显低于对照组，生活质量评分（除了物质生活）明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预能有效地降低肺癌行氩氦刀治疗患者焦虑和抑郁的程度，并能改善其生活质量，临床治疗中可以积极应用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on lung cancer patients treated by argon-helium cryotherapy, and study the effect on patients with negative emotions and quality of life. Methods 160 lung cancer patients treated by argon-helium cryotherapy in Navy Generd Hospit of PLA from October 2010 to April 2012 were divided randomly into intervention group（80 eases）and control group（80 cases）. The intervention group was used with nursing intervention; the control group was used with the conventional care. And questionnaires were launched to analyze the statistical results. Results At the beginning, the two groups＂ score about negative emotions and quality of life had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. After nursing intervention, negative emotions score in intervention group reduced significantly which lower than that of control group, quality of life score （except for material life） improved significantly which higher than that of control group, and the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention reduce anxiety and depression of the lung cancer patients with argon-helium cryotherapy, improve their quality of life, and be worthy of clinical application.
