DMSO诱导小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞16A-3分化前后胞液磷酸化酶a活性和Ca^(2+)浓度的改变 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用二甲亚矾(DMSO)诱导近交系615小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca-F25/CL-16A_3,测定了细胞分化前后胞液磷酸化酶a活性和Ca^(2+)浓度。结果表明,经DMSO促分化后,胞液磷酸化酶a活性明显升高,而胞液Ca^(2+)浓度则显著下降。结果提示,磷酸化酶a在肿瘤细胞分化前后对Ca^(2+)的敏感性不同,不能反映肿瘤细胞胞液Ca^(2+)浓度变化情况。 In this paper, some indexes of intracellular calcium homeostasis in ascites hepatoma cell clones of 615 inbreeding strain mice Hca-F25/CL-A_2 before and after differentiation induced by DMSO were determined. The results showed that after differentiation the morphologic change to the normal took place, the total calcium, cytosolic free Ca^(2+) concentration and the activity of microsomal Ca^(2+)-ATPase obviously decreased, while the level of mitochondrial calcium in A_2 significantly increased. These results indicated that the intracellular calcium homeostasis was closely related to the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells.
