锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的效果观察

Effect of observation on locking intramedullary nail pressure plate fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures

目的探讨应用锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取2010年5月～2011年12月因胫骨骨折于本院进行治疗的患者118例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组61例(采用锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗),对照组57例(传统手术治疗),回顾性研究两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间分别为(57.4±12.7)h、(119.5±24.3)mL、(5.2±1.7)d,二次手术率为6.6%,踝关节Ovadia评分总优良率为95.1%,治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定髓内钉加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折临床效果显著,有利于改善患者的生活质量,是较为理想的手术治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking intramedullary nail pressure plate fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients treated for tibial fractures in our hospital from May 2010 to December 2011 were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the observation group of 61 cases （pressure plate fixation with locked intramedullary nail） and 57 cases in the control group （traditional surgery）. The clinical effect of the two groups of patients was taken for retrospective study. Results The mean operative time, blood loss, get out of the bed time were （57.4±12.7） h, （119.5±24.3） mL, （5.2±1.7） d in the observation group, the reoperation rate was 6.6%, the ankle Ovadia score total good rate was 95.1%, the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of intramedullary nail locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures is significant, it can help to improve the patient＇s quality of life, and it is the ideal surgical treatment option.
