心力衰竭患者的血压昼夜节律变化初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察心力衰竭患者的血压昼夜节律变化。方法选择72例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,用血压监测仪监测其血压昼夜节律变化。结果心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律异常发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心功能Ⅱ级患者血压昼夜节律异常发生率高于Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昼夜节律异常是心力衰竭患者的一种有意义的临床指标。 Objective To observe the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with heart failure. Methods Seventy-two cases of heart failure patients were selected as research object, with the circadian rhythm of blood pressure monitoring by pressure monitor. Results The abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with heart failure was higher than that in control group, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05), cardiac function in patients with abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure grade Ⅱ was higher than grade m and grade IV, the difference had statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal circadian rhythm is a meaningful clinical index in patients with heart failure.
