腹腔镜胆囊切除术137例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 137 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年4月～2012年9月共施行LC治疗的137例患者临床资料。结果 137例患者中5例(3.65%)中转开腹;132例顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术,平均手术时间55.8min,平均出血量38.5mL,平均住院时间4.5d;术中腹腔内出血2例,术后胆漏3例,经对症处理均好转。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术疗效好、创伤小、恢复快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical value of laparoscopic eholecystectomy. Methods The clinical date of 137 cases with laparoseopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively from April 2009 to September 2012. Results One hundred and thirty-six cases were cured, 5 cases （3.65%） were routine on operation; 132 cases were finish laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the average of operative time was 55.8 min, the average of bleeding was 38.5 mL, the median length of hospital stay was 4.5 days; 3 cases suffered from postoperative bile leakage, 2 cases intraoperative bleeding in enterovoelia, all of above were cured after corresponding treatment. Conclusion Laparoscopie choleeystectomy have good effect, little injury, quick recovery after operation, so it is worthy of clinical application.
