沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果

The clinical effect of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant in treatment of bronchial asthma

目的评价沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效与安全性。方法将2012年5月～2013年1月本院治疗的支气管哮喘患者64例随机分为两组,对照组给予丙酸倍氯米松治疗,观察组给予沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗两组患者各项肺功能指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),但观察组FEV1%及PEF的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著、安全性好。

Objective To explore the cilincal effects and safety of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty four patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from May 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group （n = 32） and observation group （n = 32）. The patients in control group were treated with beclomethasone dipropionate, while the patients in observation group were received salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant. Results The cilinical effect of observation group was significantly good than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）; The pulmonary functions of patients in two groups were improved significantly after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the value of FEVI% and PEF in observation group were better than those of the control froup （P 〈 0.05）. Conelution The einilal application of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant for the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective and safety.
