阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床分析

Clinical analysis of alendronate sodium treatment for diabetes patients with osteoporosis

目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取2010年10月～2012年10月在本院接受治疗的糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者共69例,给予阿仑膦酸钠连续治疗半年,比较治疗前后患者骨密度、疼痛评分以及不良反应的变化比较。结果治疗后,患者的腰椎正位、股骨颈、股骨粗隆及前臂进行骨密度检测值均比治疗前有明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者的休息痛、活动痛及压痛平均积分分别为(1.104±0.550)、(0.057±0.521)、(1.076±0.627)分,与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,无严重不良反应发生,仅有便秘7例,腹泻3例,经对症处理后症状均消失。结论阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病伴骨质疏松症疗效显著,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alendronate sodium treatment for diabetes patients with os- teoporosis. Methods Sixty nine diabetes patients with osteoporosis treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were selected and continuously cured by alendronate sodium for half a year. Their changes in bone mineral density, pain scores, and adverse reaction before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment and compared with those before treatment, test values of lumbar spine, femoral neck, femoral trochanter, and forearm bone mineral density were markedly improved with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the rest pain, activity pain, and tenderness average score of patients （respectively 1.104±0.550, 0.057±0.521, and 1.076±0.627） were markedly decreased compared with those before treatment （/9 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment, only 7 cases of constipation and 3 cases of diarrhea, but cured by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion For diabetes patients with osteoporosis, alendronate sodium has significant effect and high safety, is worth widely applying.
