摘要
目的分析循证护理在手术室护生职业防护培训中的应用效果。方法选择2009年1月~2011年10月在本院实习的107例手术室护生作为研究对象,在进行职业防护培训的过程中,加入了循证理念,对其在培训前后的职业防护知识的掌握情况进行比较。结果通过对本研究107例手术室护生利用循证理念进行职业防护培训后,所有手术室护生的职业防护水平均得到了一定程度的提升,与培训前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过利用循证理论对手术室护生进行职业防护培训,使手术室护生的职业防护能力、防护知识以及防护意识得以提高,可以对其进行推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in occupational protection training for nursing students in operating room. Methods One hundred and seven nursing students in operating room who had their internship in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2011 were selected as study object. The evidence-based idea was added into their occupational protection training process. Their mastering situation of occupational protection knowledge before and after training was compared. Results In this study, through occupational protection training with evidence-based idea for all of 107 nursing students in operating room, their occupational protecting levels were improved in certain extent, it had statistically significant difference compared with that before training (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For nursing students in operating room, occupational protection training of evidence-based idea can improve their occupational protecting capacity, knowledge, and concept. Therefore, it is worthy of widely applying.
