摘要
某热镀锌机组的沉没辊系设备在薄料生产调试时出现了稳定辊不转的故障,严重地影响了机组的正常生产。从带钢传动的机制出发,对故障原因进行了探讨和分析,并提出了减小轴颈尺寸和辊面开槽等相应的改造措施。实践证明本次改造是成功和有效的,为工程项目管理中类似问题的解决提供了经验和方法。
The stabilizing rolls of sink rolls equipment stop turning when the continue galvanizing line processed thin strip. The fault affects the normal production of CGL severely. This article introduces the transmission mechanism of strips, then analyses the reasons of the fault, and finally gives the modification measures for the equipment, such as decreasing dimension of roils neck and grooving the surface of rolls. The commissioning results proved that the modification is valid and successful. It provides methods and experience for the similar project management.
