摘要
下腔静脉后输尿管是一种少见的先天血管发育异常,本文报告近五年3例手术的经验。临床表现较隐蔽,B超可提示右肾积水,尿路造影是诊断的关键。常用Harill手术,我们采用自扩张段输尿管下部离断的改进方法,取得良好效果。对较长段输尿管狭窄需切除者,利用上段扩张之输尿管,达到原位保留肾脏的目的。
Retrocaval ureter is a rare congenital anomaly. 3 cases were reported and surgical experiences were discussed in this article. Patient's symptoms are concealment, hydronephrosis on the right side is usually suggested by Ultrasonic-B examination. The diagnosis can be established from the I U P and retrograd pyelography. On the base of Harrill's operation, we modified the method that the dilated portion of the ureter was divided and cut off the constricted portion behind the vena cava, then end-to-end anastomosis performed. The postoperative effect observed satistactory.
