世纪之交河北经济学研究的理性思考

The Rational Thinking about Hebei Economic Research at the Turn of the Century

改革开放以来 ,在社会科学诸学科中 ,发展最快的可谓经济学。在河北省 1979～ 1999年的七届社会科学优秀成果评奖中 ,获奖的经济学研究成果占全部获奖成果的三分之一。本文在占有权威资料的基础上 ,从宏观上对河北省改革开放 2 0年来的经济学研究状况进行了分析评价 ,描述了其发展轨迹 ,总结了其主要特征 ,概括了其基本经验 ,提出了面向新世纪河北经济学研究应明确的战略目标和对策选择。

Economics has developped the fastest in the social science disciplines since China carried out its reform and open-door policy.In the 7 Social Science Excellent Academics Awards between 1979 and 1999 in Hebei Province,economics research covered one-third of the total awards.Based on the authoritative source,the article analyses and evaluates the economic research in 20 years in Hebei Province,portrays its developing process,summarizes its main characteristics and foundamental experiences,puts forward the strategic targets and solutions of Hebei economic research in the new century.
