摘要
8 0年代以来 ,经理股票期权激励模式盛行于西方国家 ,其有效的基本前提 :市场的有效性 ,行业的有效选择和相当完善的配套措施。而目前我国推行股票期权存在着以下的缺陷 :市场的弱式效应明显 ,上市公司改制不彻底 ,缺乏相关的配套措施和狭窄的行业选择等。本文指出 。
Since the 1980s,the incentive model for managing stock option has become prevalent in western countries.Its valid primary premises are as follows:the validity of market;valid choice of trade;perfect corresponding measures.However at present there are some drawbacks to popularize stock option in China:valid markets are weak;open market corporations are not restructured completely;relevant corresponding measures are missing;choices between trades are limited.The article points out that at present,if we are to popularize stock option among open market corporations in our country,it’s impossible to solve the problem of managing personnel’s long-term incentives.
