摘要
为满足生产需要,要在同一模具上对两个射胶容积较悬殊的塑胶产品,进行啤塑,如使用常规传统的1+1排位方案,将会产生注塑机台选择较大、注塑参数不易调整、生产周期较长等诸多不足。文章推荐的T模(Tandem Mold)将能很好地解决以上的不足。
For the mold which including 2 products in very different shot size, usually it needs to choose a much bigger size injection machine than normal which is not effficient,also cause other problems like hard to adjust the injection setting parameters and need longer cooling time if we use the traditional 1+1 cavities mold layout. To resolve these deficiencies and meet various manufacturing requirements, this article recommends using the Tandem Mold layout.
