摘要
本文以K562人类红白血病细胞系为实验模型,研究了人参皂甙对该细胞系的诱导分化作用。结果表明人参皂甙不仅能诱导K562细胞生成血红蛋白,而且可使该细胞产生明显的形态学上的分化。1mg/ml浓度的人参皂甙对K562细胞还有明显的抑制作用。鉴于人参皂甙对于人类红白血病细胞兼有诱导分化和细胞毒作用,提示人参皂甙有可能应用于人类红白血病的治疗。
The effect of Ginsenosides on the induction of differentiation in the human erythroleukemia cell line K562 was investigated. The result of this study showed that K562 cells were induced not only to produce hemoglobin but also to become maturer in morphology. At the concentration of 1mg/ml Ginsenosides, the growth of K562 cells were also markedly inhibited. Because of Ginsenosides were effective both the induction of differentiation and cell toxication on K562 cell, this compound may have therapeutic value in the treatment of acute erythroleukemia.
