摘要
员工激励体系建设需要理论指导,文章基于公平理论、双因素理论、需要层次理论、期望理论等激励理论基础上,对烟草公司员工激励体系建设进行了研究,提出了建设策略。
The construction of incentive system about staff needs the guidance of theory, based on equity theory, two-factor theory, hierarchy of needs theory and expectancy theory, this paper researches on the construction of incentive system about staff of tobacco com- panies and some strategies are put forward.
