寻常疣动物模型的实验研究

摘要 目的建立寻常疣皮损的移植裸鼠模型。方法将患者新鲜的寻常疣组织移植于裸鼠皮下,采用临床观察及组织病理验证所建裸鼠模型的可靠性。结果 5只裸鼠中4只移植成功,裸鼠寻常疣皮损块的组织病理学检查呈现寻常疣典型的组织增生及空泡细胞。结论寻常疣移植裸鼠模型具有人寻常疣类似的临床及组织病理特征,可为寻常疣的实验研究提供可靠的动物模型。 Objective To establish a nude mice model of transplanted skin verruca vulgaris. Methods Transplanted the fresh tissues of verruca vulgaris which was taken from the patients to the nude mice subcutaneously, then verified the reliability of the nude mice model by clinical observation and histology. Results Four of 5 transplanted tissues of the nude mice survived successfully, verruca vulgaris lesions block in nude mice histopathological results showed typical hyperplasia of verruca vulgaris tissue as well as vacuolar cells. Conclusion The established nude mice model of transplanted verruca vulgaris in this article has the similar clinical and pathological characteristics with those of humanrs, which may provide reliable animal models for the empirical study of this disease.
