摘要
目的研究β-连接素(β-catenin)、细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)及Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达情况及其与肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法分别对各级胶质瘤以及正常脑组织中的β-catenin、CyclinD1及Ki-67的表达情况进行检测。结果与正常脑组织相比,β-catenin、CyclinD1及Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中的表达均明显增加(P<0.05);β-catenin、CyclinD1及Ki-67的表达强度均随组织学分级升高而增强(P<0.05);β-catenin、CyclinD1及Ki-67三者两两之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论人脑胶质瘤中β-catenin与CyclinD1的过度表达与肿瘤的分化程度相关,且对细胞的增殖活性起促进作用。β-catenin、CyclinD1与Ki-67三者的联合检测在胶质瘤的诊断及其恶性程度评价具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 in human gliomas and analyze the relationship between them and tumor degree of malignancy. Methods The expressions of β- catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 were detected using envision immunohistothemical technique in different grades of gliomas and normal brain tissue. Results The expression of β-catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 was higher than those in normal brain tissue (P 〈0.05). The levels of the positive expression rates of β-catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 were correlated with the histological grades of gliomas (P 〈0.05). The expression of β-catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 were positively correlated with each other (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of β-catenin and CyclinD1 is related to the degree of tumor differentiation and paly a catalytic role in cell proliferation. Simultaneous detection of β-catenin, CyclinD1 and Ki-67 are useful indi- cators for diagnose and malignancy of human brain gliomas.
