摘要
目的探讨维吾尔族下颌第二恒磨牙根管形态。方法收集维吾尔族离体下颌第二恒磨牙42颗,进行Micro-CT扫描,使用Mimics10.01软件进行根管形态、牙根外形观察测量。结果维吾尔族下颌第二恒磨牙双根发生率71.43%,融合牙发生率28.58%。双根牙近中根Ⅰ型根管16.67%、Ⅱ型根管23.33%、Ⅲ型根管13.33%、Ⅳ型根管20.00%、Ⅴ型根管23.33%、Ⅵ型根管3.33%;双根牙远中根I型根管90.00%。维吾尔族下颌第二磨牙双根型牙主根尖孔距离牙尖的最大距离为1.92mm,中位数为0.52mm。结论维吾尔族下颌第二磨牙牙根根管形态具有一定的特异性。
Objective To investigate the root canal morphology of the mandibular second molar of Uyghur nation. Methods Total of 48 mandibular second molars of Uyghur's were selected and scanned by Micro- CT. The canal morphology of the tooth models were analyzed in software Mimics 10.01. Results There were mainly fused roots and two-rooted on mandibular second molars. 71.43% of molars had double root and 28.58% have fused root. In the two-rooted mandibular second permanent molars, 16.67% of the mesial canals were of type I , 23.33% were of type II , 13.33% were of type III , 20.00% were of type IV , 23.33% were of type V, 3.33% wereoftype VI, and 90.00% of the distal root canals were type I. The maximum distance from the root vertex number of two-rooted second molars was 1. 92 mm, and median was 0.52 mm. Conclusion There is specificity in the second mandibular molars of Uyghur nationality.
