武警森林部队特色文化体系建构初探

A Preliminary Study on the Development of Characteristic Culture System by the Forest Armed Police Forces

贯彻落实党的十八大精神,扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设,军队必须大力发展先进军事文化。武警森林部队文化建设,应紧扣先进军事文化要求,广泛吸收军内外优秀文化资源,构建武警森林部队特色文化体系。武警森林部队特色文化具有共同性、专业性、层次性、丰富性、发展性等基本特征。誓做"森林之子"、勇当"降火之神"是森林部队文化精神中的"魂";忠党报国、爱林护生、无畏顽强、深山奉献是森林部队文化主体价值观;森林部队特色还包括制度文化、职业道德规范和心理情感特征等方面。构建武警森林部队特色文化体系应把握好发源区与文化区的关系,基质与载体的关系以及体系构筑与提供保障的关系。

To implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and develop strong socialist culture in China,the armed police forces must vigorously develop the advanced military culture.The cultural construction of the forest armed police forces should be closely linked to advanced military culture,absorb the outstanding cultural resources and construct the troops’culture system.Commonality,specialization,hierarchy,richness are characteristic of the forest armed forces culture.Loyalty to the Party and service of the country,nursing forests and protection of animals,fearless tenacity and deep dedication are main values of forest troops culture.
