目的:本文旨在对动态血糖在对2型糖尿病患者血糖监测过程中的准确性及波动趋势进行全面性的探讨工作,并为将来的临床工作提供合理的治疗依据。方法:用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对39例病患资料进行血糖监测之后,侧重对CGMS血糖值的相应特点与手指毛细血糖值间相关性进行细致分析。结果:手指毛细血糖值与CGMS间具有极为密切的相关性。结论:CGMS可清晰、详尽地体现被监测者的血糖水平波动特征,为相关医生制订更佳的治疗方案、精细调节MD病患胰岛素用量提供了科学、准确、有效的临床依据。

Objective： This paper aims to blood sugar of dynamic in patients with type 2 diabetes in the process of blood glucose monitoring accuracy and trend of fluctuations in comprehensive discusses work,and for the future clinical work provide the reasonable treatment basis.Methods： By using the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system（CGMS） to 39 patients with blood glucose monitoring data,after CGMS focus on blood glucose values corresponding characteristics and finger capillary blood sugar value correlation between the meticulous analysis.Results： Finger capillary blood sugar value and CGMS has very close correlation between.Conclusion： CGMS can be clear,detailed reflect the blood glucose levels of the monitor fluctuation character,for related doctors make better treatments,fine adjustment MD patients provides scientific of insulin,correct and effective clinical evidence.
