硬脊膜炎的CT、MRI表现及诊断临床分析

Hard of Inflammation of Present a CT Scan and MRI Performance and the Diagnosis Analysis

目的:探讨硬脊膜炎的CT、MRI表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年12月至2012年1月收治的30例肥厚性硬脊膜炎患者的临床资料,均经CT、MRI检查、诊断,总结其影像学表现特点,并以病理学检查为金标准。结果:硬脊膜炎的CT表现为硬脊膜增厚,位于椎管背侧,呈不规则新月形,硬膜外黄韧带下方见半月形略高密度影,内见点状钙质样密度,与黄韧带界限不清。MRI表现为T1wI及T2wI上均呈低信号,镜下可见纤维组织增生,并淋巴细胞浸润。结论:CT、MRI对硬脊膜有较高的诊断价值,临床应用时应结合患者的具体症状,明确诊断,以防漏诊、误诊。

Objective：To present a hard of inflammation of CT and MRI performance and the diagnosis value.Methods：Retrospective analysis in December 2005 to 2012 to jan.30 cases of hypertrophic hard present the clinical data of patients with inflammation,both by CT,MRI inspection,the diagnosis,and to sum up the imaging performance characteristics,and with pathology examination for gold standard.Results：Of inflammation of CT shows a present for hard present a thickening,is located in the back and sides of the spinal canal,an irregular crescent,epidural yellow ligament see below half of slightly high density,see pointlike calcium in sample density,and yellow ligament boundary is not clear.MRI performance for T1wI and T2wI are in the low signal,microscopically fibre hyperplasia,and lymphocytes.Conclusion：CT and MRI to present a hard with a high diagnostic value,clinical application should be combined with the specific patients with symptoms,diagnosis,in case the diagnosis,misdiagnosis.
