85例急性冠状动脉综合征患者的动态心电图诊断研究

Study on Dynamic ECG in the Diagnosis of Syndrome in 85 Cases of Acute Coronary Artery

目的:探讨动态心电图(DCG)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析85例ACS患者的DCG资料,并与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果进行对照分析。结果:85例ACS患者中,DCG检查的总阳性率为80.00%,其中多支病变的阳性率高于单支病变,其诊断阳性率随狭窄程度的增加而逐级升高,组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:DCG检查能较准确地反映冠状动脉的病变程度,对诊断ACS具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： Study of dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG） in acute coronary syndrome（ACS） and its clinical value.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 85 cases of ACS patients with DCG data,and coronary angiography（CAG） findings.Results：In 85 ACS patients,DCG check the total positive rate was 80%,which was higher than that of multivessel disease in single vessel disease,the diagnostic positive rate increases with increasing stenosis severity increases with increased gradually,comparison between the two groups were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion：DCG examination can accurately reflect the degree of coronary artery lesions,the diagnosis of ACS has some clinical value.
