摘要
目的:总结与分析低血糖症常见的临床特征,为提高其诊断水平提供理论依据。方法:分析2007年1月～2012年5月我院收治的222例患有低血糖症病人的病因、治疗方法与临床疗效。结果:本组222例患有低血糖症的病人中,有4例病人经过治疗后却尚未清醒,最后在病人家属的要求下自动出院;有5例胰岛细胞瘤病人和2例肺泡瘤病人的症状得到缓解后转到我院外科接受治疗;有9例重症肝炎病人的症状得到缓解后转到消化科继续接受治疗。结论:低血糖症的发病原因比较多。低血糖症的危害也比较大,应该高度重视血糖检测、早防早治。
Objective： To summarize and analysis of hypoglycemia common clinical features,in order to improve the diagnostic level and provide a theoretical basis.Methods： Analysis of the 2007 January to 2012 May in our hospital of 222 patients suffering from hypoglycemia patients the etiology,treatment method and clinical effect of.Results： In this group of 222 patients suffering from hypoglycemia in patients,4 patients after treatment has not yet been sober,finally in the families of patients under the requirement of automatic discharge;there were 5 cases of pancreatic islet cell tumor patients and 2 cases of alveolar tumor patient’s symptoms were alleviated after turning to surgical treatment;9 cases of patients with severe hepatitis the patient’s symptoms were alleviated after turning to the digestive department continued to receive therapy.Conclusion： The incidence of hypoglycemia causes more.Hypoglycemia risk is relatively large,much importance should be attached to blood glucose detection,early prevention and early treatment.
