某基层二级甲等医院妇产科围手术期患者抗菌药物治疗方案的调查分析

A Cross-section Study of Treatment of Antibacterials for Gynecologic and Obstetric Patients with Surgical Operation from a Second Class Hospital

目的:评估某基层二级甲等医院妇产科围手术期患者抗菌药物的治疗方案,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:随机选取沈阳市某基层二级甲等医院,抽取2010年6月～2011年6月妇产科手术患者300例,提取病历中抗菌药物治疗方案的信息,分析抗菌药物联合应用、用药品种、剂量、途径、方法、理由的合理性。结果:抗菌药物单一应用率为46.00%,二联应用率为54.00%,联合应用合理性为47.53%,品种合理性为51.67%,换药理由合理性为34.33%。结论:该二级甲等医院妇产科手术患者抗菌药物治疗方案存在严重不合理现象。

Objective： To study the treatment of antibacterials by gynecologic and obstetric patients with surgical operation in a second class hospital for increasing the level of rational drug use.Methods：Data of 300 patients undergoing gynecologic or obstetric operation were randomly selected from June 2010 to June 2011 from a second class hospital in Shenyang.The data of treatment of antibacterials was studied in respect to combined medication,type,dose,administration route,number of times and reasons.Results：The rational rate of treatment was as follows： combined medication,47.53%;type,51.67%;reasons,34.33%.Conclusions： Management of treatment of antibacterials for gynecologic and obstetric patients with surgical operation should be strengthened in this second class hospital in Shenyang.
