自制配方与喉风散治疗手足口病口腔溃疡的对比研究

Homemade Formula Houfengsan the Comparative Study of the Oral Ulcers, Treatment of HFMD

目的:观察使用维生素B2、西咪替丁、扑尔敏、地塞米松自制配方碾粉外涂和喉风散治疗手足口病(HFMD)口腔溃疡的临床体会和疗效对比研究。方法:将120名HFMD口腔溃疡患儿随机分成两组,分别使用自制配方和喉风散治疗HFMD口腔溃疡患儿,对治疗效果和时间等资料进行分析和讨论。结果:将两组在药物起效时间、溃疡治愈时间、治疗总有效率、不良反应率、治疗依从性、患方满意度等方面进行比较,P<0.05,存在显著差异,自制配方组明显优于喉风散组。结论:使用维生素B2、西咪替丁、扑尔敏、地塞米松自制配方碾粉外涂治疗HFMD口腔溃疡,疗效佳、见效快、治愈率高、不良反应率低、患儿依从性高。

Objective： To observe the use of vitamin B2,cimetidine,chlorpheniramine,dexamethasone homemade recipe milled powder coated and Houfengsan the treatment of foot and mouth disease mouth ulcers of clinical experience and efficacy comparative study.Methods： 120 of hand,foot and mouth disease in children with oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,using homemade recipes and Houfengsan treatment of foot and mouth disease in children with mouth ulcers,treatment and time for analysis and discussion.Results： Two groups of drugs from the onset time,and ulcer healing time,the total effective rate,the rate of adverse events,treatment compliance,the risk of side satisfaction comparison,P0.05,significant difference in home-made formula group was significantly superior group Houfengsan.Conclusion： Vitamin B2,cimetidine,chlorpheniramine,dexamethasone homemade recipe grind powder coated with the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease mouth ulcers,clinical outcome,effective,and high cure rate,adverse reactions is low,patients compliance by parents of children with praise,worthy of promotion and application.
