膀胱肿瘤患者中断膀胱灌注治疗的原因分析及护理对策

Bladder Cancer Patients Interrupt Cause Analysis and Nursing Strategy for Bladder Instillation for the Treatment

目的：探讨膀胱肿瘤患者中断膀胱灌注治疗的原因,并针对性的提出护理对策。方法：62例入选膀胱肿瘤患者经膀胱灌注后,记录中断时间和中断原因,中断原因主要包括：药物刺激、尿路感染、心理作用、知识文化水平影响、生活条件影响。结果：患者主要在术后3个月内和3~6个月间中断膀胱灌注,随着时间的延长,患者中断灌注比例明显减少,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。中断灌注原因方面,比例由高到低依次为：药物刺激、尿路感染、心理作用、知识文化水平影响、生活条件影响,各中断原因间发生比例具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：对膀胱肿瘤行灌注患者的临床护理应从密切观察用药反应、预防感染、心理护理、宣传教育、关爱患者五个方面入手。

Objective： Explore the reason interrupt bladder instillation therapy in bladder cancer patients,and the targeted Nursing Strategy.Methods：62 cases selected bladder cancer patients after bladder instillation,the record interrupt and interrupt reason to interrupt the main reasons include： drug stimulation,urinary tract infection,psychological effects,the level of knowledge and cultural impact,the impact of living conditions.Result：Patients after 3 months and 3~6 months interrupt bladder instillation,the patient interrupt the perfusion was significantly reduced with time,data were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Interrupt the perfusion reason,the proportion of high to low were： drug irritation,urinary tract infections,psychological effect,the level of knowledge and cultural impact,the impact of living conditions between each interrupt reason significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Perfusion in patients with bladder tumor line clinical care should be closely observed drug reactions,prevention of infection,and psychological care,education,care for patients with five-pronged approach.
