胃癌切除术后十二指肠残端瘘的临床观察与护理

Clinical Investigation and Nursing of Patents with Duodenal Stump Leakage after Resection of Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨胃癌切除术后二指肠残端瘘的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析23例胃癌切除术后十二指肠残端瘘患者的临床资料。结果:23例患者经过精心治疗与护理后,全部痊愈出院。结论:加强胃癌切除术后十二指肠残端瘘护理有助于患者早日康复,提高治愈率。

Objective： To investigate the nursing methods of patents with duodenal stump leakage r resection of gastric cancer.Methods：The clinical data of 23 patients with duodenal stump leakage after resection of gastric cancer treated were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All of 23 patients recovered and discharged after Careful treatment and nursing.Conclusions：Careful nursing of patents with Duodenal stump leakage after resection of gastric cancer was helpful to the rehabilitation early and increase survival rate。
