中小企业融资的影响因素剖析

Analyzing Influencing Factors to SMEs’ Financing

近年来,随着我国社会经济市场的改革发展,中小企业在市场中的比重逐渐加大。然而,企业融资困难的问题一直以来都是中小企业发展壮大的绊脚石。本文从企业内部结构、诚信度、融资担保条件以及财务状况等方面对影响中小企业融资因素进行分析,并采用因子分析法对企业融资问题进行实证研究,最后给出中小企业经营不同阶段融资策略建议。

Recently, following the reform and development of socialist economic market in China, SMEs have increased their market shares gradually. However, the difficulity of financing has hindered the development of SMEs. The article analyzes the influencing factors to SMEs＇ financing from different aspects such as internal structure, credibility, requirements for financial guarantee and financial status and adopts factor analysis method to make case study on financing. At last, the article offers suggestions on financing at different operation stages for SMEs.
