摘要
目的初步探讨血卟啉单甲醚(HMME)介导的光动力疗法(HMME-PDT)联合紫杉醇(PTX)对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的杀伤效应。方法将宫颈癌细胞株Hela分为6组,a:空白对照组,b:化疗组,c:饱和光动力组,d1:化疗+低剂量光敏剂组,d2:化疗+中剂量光敏剂组,d3:化疗+高剂量光敏剂组。MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率。结果 d3组与a、b、c组及d1、d2组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.01);d1、d2、d3各组之间相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);b组及c组与a组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 HMME-PDT联合紫杉醇对体外培养的人宫颈癌Hela细胞有明显的杀伤效应,有可能作为一种新的治疗手段应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the effects of Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) combining paclitaxel(PTX) on pro-liferation in cervical cancer. Method Hela cells were divided into six groups: a group:Control group, b group: PTX,e group: HMME-PDT, dl group: Low HMME dose PDT+PTX,d2 group:Middle HMME dose PDT+PTX,d3 group:High HMME dose PDT+PTX. The survival rates of the cells were measured by MTF assay. Result There were statistically significant difference between d3 group with other groups ( P〈0.01 ). Also there was statistically significant difference among the dl ,d2 ,d3 groups (P〈0.05). Finally there was statistically significant difference after the b group or the e group compared with the a group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The killing effects on human cervical carcinoma cell lines are obvious by HMME-PDT connected with paclitaxel, which may become a new thera-py method to be using in clinical.
