系统性红斑狼疮患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子与BR3表达的相关性研究

摘要 目的研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子水平与BR3表达,以探讨其发病机制,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将SLE患者40例作为病例,健康对照40例,检测SLE患者和正常对照血清BLyS和IL-1、BR3水平,并与患者临床活动性评分(SLEDAI)比较。结果 SLE组BLyS、IL-1、BR3水平(123.79±68.80、123.79±68.80、123.79±68.80)μg/L和对照组(64.25±13.76、64.25±13.76、64.25±13.76)μg/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SLE患者SLE评分与BLyS、IL-1、BR3之间存在正性相关性关系(r=0.783,P=0.007;r=0.654,P=0.034;r=0.875,P=0.002);BR3水平与BLyS之间存在正性相关性关系(r=0.945,P=0.000);与IL-1之间不存在相关性关系(r=0.324,P=0.664)。结论 BLyS、IL-1可以作为SLE病情诊断的客观指标;BlyS对B淋巴细胞的调控可能是通过BR3途径实现的。 Objective To study the correlation between serum B lymphocyte stimulator levels and BR3 expression in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in order to investigate its pathogenesis and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods Forty patients with SLE were assigned to the treatment group and 40 healthy people were assigned to the control group. The serum BLyS, IL-1 and BR3 levels and the systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) of the two groups were compared. Results The BLyS, IL-1 and BR3 levels (123.79±68.80, 123.79±68.80, 123.79±68.80)μg/L of the SLE group had statistically significant difference from those (64.25±13.76, 64.25±13.76, 64.25±13.76) μg/L of the control group. The SLE score of patients with SLE had positive correlation to the BLyS, IL-1 and BR3 (r = 0.783, P = 0.007; r = 0.654, P = 0.034; r = 0.875, P = 0.002). The BR3 level had positive correlation to the BLyS (r = 0.945, P = 0.000), but did not have correlation to the IL-1 (r = 0.324, P = 0.664). Conclusion BLyS and IL-1 can serve as the objective indicators of the SLE diagnosis. BLyS achieve the regulation of B lymphocytes through BR3.
