摘要
目的观察并分析二维超声及彩色多普勒超声联合应用于甲状腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法选取甲状腺癌患者48例(实验组),再选取甲状腺腺瘤患者45例(对照组)。比较两组患者在二维及彩色多普勒超声检测上的差异,并分析不同类型的甲状腺癌的声像图特征,同时对比实验组患者超声与术后病理诊断的相符程度。结果经实验组患者的血流丰富程度、动脉收缩期峰值速度及阻力指数上要显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),实验组的周边无声晕、低回声、微钙化灶的查出比例要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同类型甲状腺癌患者声像图具有相似性。甲状腺癌超声诊断与病理诊断的相符率为85.41%。结论二维超声及彩色多普勒超声联合能有效地区别甲状腺癌及甲状腺腺瘤患者,还能对甲状腺癌的具体分析鉴定提供重要帮助。
Objective To observe two-dimensional combined with color doppler uhrasound＇s clinical diagnosis value on thyroid cancer. Methods Chose 48 cases of these thyroid cancer patients as experimental group,and chose 45 cases of these thyroid adenoma patients as control group.Compared these two groups＇ patients＇ differences in two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound detections,and analyzed different types of thyroid cancer＇s acoustic imaging characteristics,meantime,compared experimental group＇s patients＇ uhrasound＇s consistent degree with postoperative pathologic diagnosis. Results Experimental group＇s patients＇rich degree of blood flow,arterial systolic peak velocity and drag index were obviously higher than control group＇s patients＇ （P 〈 0.05）, experimental group＇s found ratios of peripheral silent halo, low echo, and microcalcification stove were evidently higher than control group＇s （P 〈 0.05）. Different types of thyroid cancer patients have similar uhrasonographic characteristics. This experiment showed that with regard to diagnosis of thyroid cancer, uhrasound＇s consistent rate with pathological diagnosis was 85.41%. Conclusion Two-dimensional combined with color doppler ultrasound can not only distinct thyroid cancer patients from thyroid adenoma patients, but also provide essential help for concrete analysis and appraisal of thyroid cancer.
