结肠癌多发肝转移肝动脉介入治疗研究

Study on interventional treatment in multiple colon cancer liver metastasis

目的探讨肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗结肠癌多发肝转移的疗效及应用价值。方法分析82例结肠癌多发肝转移患者治疗情况,将所有患者依治疗处理方式不同分为两组,对照组41例采用全身化疗的方案进行治疗,观察组41例采用肝动脉栓塞化疗术治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组患者临床治疗总有效例数、6个月及1年生存例数比较差异有统计学意义。观察组优于对照组,两组患者不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论结肠癌多发肝转移患者采用肝动脉栓塞化疗术治疗临床疗效确切,其近期效果和远期效果优于采用全身化疗,可作为首选的治疗方法。

Objective To invesftigate the application value of interventional treatment in multiple colon cancer liver metastasis.Methods A total of 82 patients with multiple colon cancer liver metastasis,and all the patients were divided into two guoups according to the different treatment method,41 cases in the control group were used systemic chemotherapy,41 cases in the treatment group were used transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization.To observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Results Compared the total effective rate after treatment in the two groups and the survival patients for six months to one year has the statistical significant difference.The treatment group is better than the control group,the rate of untoward effect has no statistical difference.Conclusion It is obvious that clinical curative of the patients with multiple colon cancer liver metastasis used transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization,its recent effect and long-term effect are better than that used systemic chemotherapy,it can be used the first therapy.
