加味补阳还五汤在脑梗死患者中的临床应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察加味补阳还五汤在脑梗死治疗中的临床价值。方法选择68例急性脑梗死患者(气虚血瘀型缺血性中风),按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各34例。两组均予急性脑梗死西医常规基础治疗,治疗组同时口服加味补阳还五汤煎剂(疗程2周)。观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、血浆D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的变化及治疗2周后的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率93.33%,显著进步率53.33%明显高于对照组,而无变化率为3.33%,明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度评分均有所降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);疗后治疗组D-Dimer和FIB水平均较对照组低,差异均有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味补阳还五汤用于治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate modified buyanghuanwu decoction in treatment of cerebral infarction Methods A total of 68 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group 34 cases and control group 34 cases, the experimental group was give anticoagnlation, nutrition brain cells treatment, the control group was given Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment, and compared the neurological function, Plasma D dimer (D-Dimer), fibrinogen (FIB) changes and the total effective rate of two groups were observed after treatment in two weeks. Results The patients in the treatment group the total efficiency of 93.33%, marked improvement rate was 53.33% higher than that in control group, while no change rate was 3.33% lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) after treatment in two groups, degree of neurological function score was decreased, as corn pared with that before treatment, the difference was very significant significance (P 〈 0.01). After treatment in treatment group D-Dimer and FIB was significantly lower than the control group, had statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treatment of cerebral infarction is better, and worthy of clinical application.
