摘要
目的探讨手足口病患儿不同教育程度家长心理状态对患儿康复的影响。方法选择150例手足口病患儿家长作为研究对象,根据受教育程度分为高学历家长组、中等学历家长组、低学历家长组,观察家长的焦虑情绪指标SAS评分和BAI评分以及患儿的病情相关指标。结果干预前和干预后SAS评分、BAI评分均为高学历家长组<中学历家长组<低学历家长组,家长的学历越高,患儿的住院时间、转院例数越少,治愈例数、好转例数越多。结论针对患儿家长不同的受教育情况给予相应的干预措施,能够有效改善家长焦虑情绪、促进患儿病情的恢复,具有积极的临床价值。
Objective To explore the effect of HFMD children parents on the rehabilitation of children. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of with HFMD were collected anda divided into highly educated group, highly ducated group and low ducated groupaccording to the level of education. Then anxiety index of parents SAS score and BAI score as well as the children's condition index were observed. Results SAS score, BAI score were highly educated parents group 〈 academic parents group 〈 low education parents before and after intervention, the higher education degree of patients, the less time of hospitalization and number of transferred. Conclusion Appropriate interventions given according to the education degree of parents can effectively improve the anxiety emotion of parents and the recovery of children.
