摘要
目的探讨1.5T磁共振1H-MRS波谱(1HMRS)成像技术在非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver dis-ease,NAFLD)中的临床价值。方法选取经1H-MRS扫描的15例NAFLD患者(NAFLD组)和15例健康志愿者(对照组),采用MRS分析软件分别测量NAFLD组和对照组的脂峰与水峰和脂峰下面积和之比,比较两者的脂峰下面积、脂与脂水峰下面积和之比。结果 NAFLD组与对照组的脂峰下面积分别为(26.28±1.91)和(2.31±0.20);脂与脂水峰下面积和之比分别为(17.20±9.30)和(3.60±0.40)。两组在脂肪峰下面积、脂与脂水峰下面积和之比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1.5 T1H-MRS在评价NAFLD脂质代谢方面有重要作用,对检测肝脏脂质代谢的变化具有重要临床价值。
Objective To assess the clinical value of 1.5T 1H-MR spectroscopy (1H-MRS) imaging of liver. Methods Fifteen patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and fifteen normal controls underwent MR plain scan and 1H-MRS imaging successfully. All the data were calibrated and calculated with MRS analysis software of 1.5T GE services scan. Peak value of lipid,peak value of water,area under the peak of lipid and lipid/(water+lipid) ratios were analyzed and compared. Results There were no difference of peak value of lipid, area under the peak of water add lipid between two groups. Peak value of lipid, area under the peak of lipid and lipid/water ratio had statistical differ- ence between two groups (P 〈 0.05) ,area under the peak of lipid(26.28±1.91 ) vs (2.31±0.20) ,area under the peak of lipid/(water+lipid) ratio (17.20±9.30) vs (3.60±0.40). Conclusion 1.5T1H-MRS is a non-invasive,safe and effective technique for important assessment of the metabolism of lipid in the NAFLD patients.
