摘要
目的分析儿童支原体肺炎的临床症状、影像特点与治疗。方法分析62例儿童支原体肺炎患儿的病例资料。结果 MP肺炎的临床特点是咳嗽和发热,婴幼儿伴喘息、肺外症状;影像特点:婴幼儿以斑片阴影为主,学龄儿童以节段和大片为主;大环内酯类药物治疗能快速改善和控制症状。结论儿童肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现多样,影像学表现有特点,缺乏特征性,大环内酯类药物治疗效果好。
Objective To analyze of the clinical symptoms, imaging features and treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods The data of 62 eases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia patients. Results The clinical characteristics of MP pneumonia was cough and fever, wheezing infants often, often with pulmonary symptoms; imaging characteristics of infant with patch shadow, school-age children to segment and large; macrolides therapy can rapidly improve and control the symptoms. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diversity, imaging characteristics, lack of characteristic, macrolides therapy effect is good.
