利用计算机和网络技术的会计电算化已被逐步引入地质事业单位的财务工作中来,网络报销信息系统可使报销工作简便、规范,减少错误,节约成本;网络报销模式可使预算管理控制及时准确;可保证现金安全和便于监督资金流向;可实现财务信息的共享。网络报销信息系统的构建需要注意的问题:安全性是前提;开发功能强大且能与网银系统相衔接的软件是关键;做好基础工作和宣传是系统运行的保证。

Web-based reimbursement information system has many merits such as simple and convenient, standard, less errors, and cost savings for the work of reimbursement. Network reimbursement approach, which makes the budgeting management and control timely and accurate, can ensure cash safety so as to supervise the money flow and make financial information available. This paper analyses the issues that might need attention： security is the premise, while the crux is to develop software which is powerful and can links up with online banking system. System operation will rely on solid basic work and publicity.
