摘要
利用筛选的金橙黄微杆菌发酵生产纤维素酶,对产酶影响较大的因素(培养温度、pH值和CMC添加量)进行响应面设计分析,确定最优发酵培养条件。结果表明最佳培养工艺条件为培养温度27.8℃、pH值为7.0和0.25g/L CMC添加量,纤维素酶活性达到811.75U/mL,实际值与预测值之间的误差约为0.55%,具有工业化规模生产潜力。
Optimization of medium conditions using response surface methodology for cellulase production by Exiguobacterium aurantiacum YT9, which is a newly screened strain from the coastal soil samples. The results indicated that the optimal medium conditions were 27.8℃, pH value 7.0 and 0.25g/L of CMC concentration, and under these conditions the highest cellulase activity obtained was 811.75U/ml. Error of the actual value compared with the predicted was 0.55%, and Exiguobacterium aurantiacum YT9 was proved to be a suitable potential microorganism for use in cellulase production.
