介绍国电南宁发电有限责任公司660MW机组W形火焰锅炉1#炉微油点火系统的改造方案,将B、E磨对应的煤粉燃烧器改造为具有点火和主燃烧器功能的微油煤粉燃烧器;同时设计相应的辅助系统,并详细介绍微油点火系统的实际应用情况。
The paper expatiate the retrofit scheme of tiny-oil ignition system applied to No.1 w-flame boiler for 660MW unit in Guodian Nanning Generation Co.,Ltd.In the scheme,the pulverized-coal burners corresponding to B,E mill will be transformed into tiny-oil pulverized-coal burners possessing ignition function and the functions of main burner,and relevant auxiliary system will be designed.The paper also introduces the actual application status of tiny-oil ignition system in detail.
