总结67例带血管蒂前臂皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损手术的护理配合,做好术前访视,了解患者的心理状态,做好沟通,并充分做好仪器、器械及特殊物品以及环境的准备。术中严格执行查对制度,积极采取措施防止术中低体温及压疮、电灼伤的发生,密切观察患者生命体征变化,液体输入情况,各种管路的放置位置及通畅情况。洗手护士严格执行手术器械及物品的清点制度,严格无菌技术及无瘤操作,迅速准确的传递器械,缩短手术时间,减少伤口感染的发生,保证皮瓣的成活。
