精密过滤输液器在中药静脉输液中的效果观察

The effect of precise filtering infusion apparatus in infusion of traditional Chinese medicine preparation

目的:探讨精密过滤输液器对减少中药所致的输注疼痛和静脉炎的效果。方法:将198例门急诊静脉滴注中药制剂(痰热清/丹参/天麻/灯盏花)的患者随机分成两组,观察组106例,使用精密过滤输液器。对照组92例,使用普通过滤输液器。比较两组患者在输注相同药物过程中疼痛程度和静脉炎的发生情况。结果:观察组输注疼痛和静脉炎的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精密过滤输液器可明显减少由于静脉输液带来的不良反应,提高静脉输液的安全性,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective： To explore the effect of precise filtering infusion apparatus to reduce incidence of phlebitis and release pain that caused by traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Methods： 198 patients who dripped traditional Chinese medicine preparation （phlegmy heat clear/salvia miltiorrhiza/gastrodia elata/lamps spend） in outpatient and emergency departments were randomly divided into control group I ordinary infusion apparatus, n： 92 ） and observation group （ Precise filtering infusion apparatus group, n = 106） by months. The incidence of phlebitis and pain intensity was compared between two groups. Results： The difference was statistically significant between two groups （ P〈：0.05 ）. Conclusion： The precise filtering transfusion apparatus can obviously reduce the adverse reaction, insure intravenous transfusion safety and alleviate patients pain.
