摘要
通过分析BX改性薄层沥青混合料路用性能特性,对比普通混合料与BX改性薄层沥青混合料的劈裂强度,表明BX改性薄层沥青混合料能增强混合料模量;使用正交试验,对混合料的配合比进行优化,表明不同矿料级配及油石比对混合料的马歇尔稳定度、流值、空隙率有显著影响,由此得到了混合料的推荐级配范围。
Through analyzing the asphalt mixture performance characteristics of BX modified thin layer, this paper compares the cleavage strength of ordinary mixture and BX modified thin layer asphalt mixture, and finds that BX modified thin layer asphalt mixture can enhance mixture modulus. The paper also optimizes the mix ratio using orthogonal test, and the result shows that different aggregate gradation and oil-stone ratio of mixture has significant effect on Marshall stability, flow value, void ratio, thus gets the mixture recommend second wife range.
