Expressway construction meets the regional transportation needs and provides a good infrastructure for the operation of the vehicle. In recent years, the regional transportation activities have become more frequent, the old roadbed engineering lost the original bearing performance, and brought great difficulty to highway construction and maintenance work. The highway construction should pay attention to the highway subgrade construction quality management under the guidance of the new theory, optimize the traditional construction mode in responding to the existing drawbacks. Based on the actual cases, this paper analyzes highway subgrade construc- tion quality management decision implementation.
